HERE'S THE STORY,
taken from Matthew.
“Then Jesus went with them to the
olive grove called Gethsemane, and he said, “Sit here while I go over there to
pray.” He took Peter and Zebedee’s two sons, James and John, and he became
ANGUISHED and DISTRESSED.
He told them, “My soul is CRUSHED with GRIEF to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.” He went on a little farther and bowed with his face to the ground, praying “My Father! If it is possible, let this cup of suffering be taken away from me. Yet I want your will to be done, not mine.”

Jesus
knew the process of crucifixion. He lived in a time when men were crucified
routinely. Its no wonder Jesus asks HIS FATHER (3 different times) if this
could be removed from HIM. Yet, He did it! Jesus teaches us by example to ..... 'lovingly obey' God.
It didn't matter what JESUS
had to face. He lovingly wanted to do HIS Fathers Will.
So whenever I begin,
(even for a moment) to feel scared, pressed, stressed or compromised in any way, I
instantly reflect on the evening Jesus was arrested and crucified. I remember, HE too, wanted this cup to pass,
however HE wanted to do HIS FATHERS WILL, so HE 'faced His tribulations' with loving obedience for His Fathers Will. And because
Jesus lovingly obeyed His Father, JESUS WAS RESURRECTED for ALL to see, as
Savior of the world.
If we’re Christians, we’re
considered GOD’S SPIRITUAL FAMILY. Once
we fully understand this, we’ll no longer consider our life difficulties
relevant because when ‘we’re walking with Jesus, we know, HE IS WALKING WITH US.
In closing let me say this:
MANY call Jesus Christ their Lord
and Savior. Many even call Him - GODS SON, yet they know very little of HIM,
from the words He taught. If you ask 100 Christians have they ever read any ONE
of the 4 Gospels, all the way through like a good book and 95 will say no. If you
ask them have they read ALL Four Gospels and 95 will say no.
In my opinion the WORDS OF JESUS, say it all.

Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak."

Jesus said, whatever GOD SPOKE TO HIM, He spoke
to us. That’s uniquely different than the men who were ‘inspired by God’ to
speak. When we understand this, we'll read His Words and learn WHAT DID JESUS SAY.
NO ONE teaches like Jesus ….. NO ONE!

His calling to ministry was simple and clear.
While in prayer, Jesus told him to “tell them what
I told them and nothing more” And with that instruction, he composed a
book that clearly organizes the “words of Jesus” into a teaching / learning
format that anyone can use in bible study, church groups or for daily devotion.
It would take him a total of 12 years to write, edit and publish in full color.
The book is called, “What Did Jesus Say – The
Seven Messages from the Master”. It contains over 500 scriptures spoken
directly by Jesus as highlighted in red in the NKJV Bible, without commentary
or opinion its message is only the words of Jesus.
This book is dedicated to everyone who wants to
walk with Jesus, hear His words, and understand His message.
